Firstly I would like to thank Jenny on reception. She checked me in, and after mentioning to her about the flu jab, suggested that I ask the doctor when I see her to see if she could administer it for me. Unfortunately she couldn't, but then Jenny went out of her way to see if any of the nurses were available to give me the injection instead (as I was there, and to save making another appointment). I then saw Sheree, who, despite me not officially being booked in for the flu jab, was extremely helpful, and offered to give me the injection there and then.

I always feel I'm really listened to and the doctors here have real empathy. Dr Rushton, in particular, is superb.She is articulate, extremely caring, and always explains next steps, etc.Thank you!

My care was great the doctors are always helpful. It's a shame when I have to attend the waiting is always far too long.

Thank you for your comments, apologies that you always seem to have to wait a long time when you attend, it could be because an emergency has cropped up and the GP needs to attend, or the patients in fromt of you have taken longer than we had estimated. Sometimes when you ring in the morning you can not get an appt though cant happen more than one day in a row more blotchy app would be good.

Thank you for your comments, sadly we do sometimes have more demand on appointments than capacity, however with the introduction of the new Miami clinics, when appointments with the GP have all been taken and you have a new problem, we can arrange for you to be seen at another local practice.
